The reader should be aware that the USCJ (United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism) offers free web hosting for its affiliates. In addition, they make available about half a dozen free WordPress themes.
If you haven’t heard of WordPress, let’s just say that it’s free software that is used on about 23% of the web sites in the world. It does take some technical skill to get it set up, but, once set up, non-technical people working in your back office, as well as volunteers and committee chairs, can create articles of interest to your congregation.
