Newest Feature — the Member Portal

Now available–individuals can access their information directly.  This first rollout of the user portal has two capabilities:

  1. Maintain your own demographic information–name and address, anniversary date, birthdays, cell phones and email addresses, Bar/Bat Mitzvah dates, et al.
  2. Bring up your up-to-the-minute statement, showing all outstanding balances, and all payments during a time interval of your choosing (e.g. last two months, year-to-date…).

These two new features should save time and improve accuracy.  For members wondering if a pledge payment or contribution has posted, they no longer need to call the office; instead, they can check those details on the device of their choosing.  These screens are purposefully made mobile-phone friendly.
